4300€ per week, mid-June to end August 3100€ per week, April to mid-June, September-October Security deposit is 1000€ Cleaning/laundry fees are 250€ (per stay) Our property is not accessible to wheelchair users. Check-in saturday 5-6:30pm, check-out saturday 10am. We require a 50% payment to book your stay via wire transfer or Paypal, and a 1000 € security deposit. All rentals include bed/bath linens, pool towels and end-of-stay cleaning. For any stay longer than one week, one house cleaning will be included on saturdays with all house linens replaced. A washing machine and extra fridge-freezer are available for our guests. Babies are welcome and upon request, a high chair and portable baby crib will be installed. Please, note that the house is on 3 floors, with steep staircases and very little railing, making it insecure for young toddlers. A few rules... Absolutely NO smoking in the house. Sorry, no pets allowed. We cannot accept beyond 12 guests, except for 1-2 extra young children. Please be courteous to our neighbors and respect the quiet setting of our hamlet: outdoor parties and BBQ are allowed day time only and have to be finished or quiet after 10:30pm.
